CRUST:
1 ½ package graham crackers, crushed
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix ingredients for crust , ( save 1/2 cup of crumbs for top ) pour remaining crumbs in 9” spring form pan. Pat into bottom and up sides alittle.
FILLING:
2 lbs large curd cottage cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 ½ Tbsps. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl beat cottage cheese until creamy. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla cream together then mix in flour. Pour into crust and sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350*.
