Seeds from one pumpkin (fiber discarded)
1 T butter, margarine or oil
salt or seasoned salt to taste

Directions:

Rinse seeds well and drain. Melt butter. Add this to seeds to coat. Arrange seeds one layer deep on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in slow oven at 250 degrees F, stirring 2 or 3 times until golden brown; 30-40 minutes.
