1 lb butter
3 cups cake flour
3/4 cup 7 Up, chilled
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 T lemon flavoring

Frosting:
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
2 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add 2 eggs while creaming. Add the flour one cup at a time; after each cup add an egg and mix well. Add 7 Up and lemon flavoring. Pour into bundt pan and bake at 325º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until brown and cake springs back to the touch.

Frosting: Mix cream cheese until very smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, then add milk and vanilla.
