2 qt. apple cider
1-3 inch cinnamon stick
1-3 oz pkg. cherry gelatin

Optional: 1 cinnamon stick for each glass as needed and 1 lemon rind curl

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cider and cinnamon stick to a boil in a 3.5 quart pot. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add gelatin, cook stirring constantly, for at least 2 minutes or until gelatin is dissolved. Serve warm.

Optional: Place cinnamon stick in each glass, and add a curl of lemon rind.
