1 large can peaches, drained (or any fruit)
5 slices of bread
1 stick of margarine
1 1/2 c sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 beaten egg
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put peaches in 8" greased pan.

Cut the crust off the bread and cut into 1" strips. Lay on top of peaches.

Mix the margarine, sugar, flour, egg & the salt and pour over top of bread.

Bake at 350º for 35 min or until light brown.
