1 c. apple chopped (it is up to you about the type of apple)
3 c. flour or oatmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 can of cheap beer

1. Set oven temperature to 375º.
2. Combine ingredients and put into a lightly sprayed loaf pan.
3. Cook in oven until a knife comes out clean in the middle about 25 minutes.
