6-9 potatoes
1 pint sour cream
1/2 c butter or margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c chopped green onions or chives
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp melted butter
crushed corn flakes (appox 3-4 handfuls)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in skins till slightly done. Peel and dice. Heat butter with soup. Blend in sour cream, onion and cheese. Put in greased casserole dish (9 x12). Mix 2 tbsp melted butter with corn flakes and sprinkle over the top. Cover. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
