Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Grandma's noodles were always the hit when roast beef or chicken were added to the noodles and broth. The broth used to cook the noodles would be the meat broth from the boiled chicken or beef drippings and water.. The broth in which to cook the noodles can be seasoned anyway you prefer. If there is stock from vegetable soup or other cooked vegetable, that is perfect. Beef or chicken and noodles were always the favorite when served on mashed potatoes! All of the grandchildren looked forward to home made noodles and --- I always wandered if taking important medicine could have been masked by the great tasting noodles!!!
