2 or 3 Chicken Breasts on the bone
1- 8 in. pan of corn bread, cooked
2 pkgs. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix (1 corn bread and 1 herb)
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup chopped celery
3 tsp. sage
2 cans chicken broth
2 TBSP butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until tender, saving broth. Remove bones, set aside. In a large bowl, mix the breads, add eggs. Add onion, salt, pepper, cream of chicken soup, celery, sage, and 2 cans of broth or broth from cooked chicken. Add chicken and stir all ingredients until mixed well. Place in the crock pot and dot the top with butter. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
*Sometimes it may take more broth. Make sure it is not too dry before putting it in the crock pot.
