1 teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

1 (14 3/4-ounce) can cream-style corn

I found this recipe on Cooking Light and it's a hit! Just before you serve this dish, add a 1/4 cup or so of cream sherry- it is delicious!!! Also, another favorite 'add-in' is crunchy bacon. :)
