1 15 oz can Chickpeas (drained)
3 tbsp Tahini
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic
1/4 tsp Cumin (ground)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Paprika
Dried Parsley (optional)

This is a great recipe that can be easily customized to your taste. Start by draining one can of chickpeas, while reserving liquid for later. Add the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and cumin to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Add the chickpea liquid back to the mixture to get your preferred texture. Add salt and pepper to your liking, and pulse a few more times. Place the hummus in your serving bowl and top with more olive oil and paprika. Garnish with a few whole chickpeas and/or parsley.

Vary the ingredients to your taste. Some additives that I like are chipotle peppers, green onions, roasted garlic, roasted tomatoes, roasted red peppers, olives, feta cheese, chives, etc. Have fun experimenting with the ingredients and enjoy.
