2 lbs. stew meat
1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz)
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder

Cook on low for 9-11 hrs.

at the end stir in:

1 envelope taco seasoning
1 can black beans
1 can corn with red & green peppers, drained.

Finish cooking on high for 15-30 minutes until it thickens.
