l lb. ground turkey
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 T. oil
4 carrots
2 celery ribs
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. cornstarch dissolved in small amount of cold water
1 pkg. wide noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine turkey, milk, bread crumbs, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Mix well and shape into 8 balls. Brown on all sides in hot oil in a skillet. Drain excess oil. Add chicken broth. Scrape carrots and cut diagonally into thick chunks. Cut celery into thick chunks. Add to skillet. Cover and cook until carrots are tender and meat is cooked--about 30 minutes. Push meatballs to one side. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook, stirring, until mixture looks glazed and bubbly. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
