2 eggs, well beaten (3)
3 ½ c finely diced rhubarb (5 ¾)
1 ¾ c sugar (2 ½ & 2 T)
7 T flour (½ c & 2 T)
2 T butter, melted (3)
½ t cinnamon (¾)
½ t salt (¾)
9” unbaked pie shell (10”)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, butter, and rhubarb. Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt and flour. Add to rhubarb mixture and blend well. Spoon into pastry shell. Bake at 375 for 50-60 min until set.
