1 round purchased pie dough
1 Tbsp butter -- melted
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 c golden raisins
1 jar caramel topping
1 Tbsp rum (optional)
ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400*
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll pie dough onto prepared baking sheet, brush with melted butter & sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar mixture.
Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into 12 wedges and bake about 15 minutes, until golden brown.

Warm up pie filling and raisins.
You can use any fruit filling you want, canned or fresh, just serve warm.
Would also be really good with peach pie filling or fresh peaches.

Warm caramel sauce and if desired stir in the rum.


To serve put ice cream in bowl, top with fruit and caramel sauce.
Stand a couple pie crust wedges in ice cream.
