Scald 4 C. Buttermilk Cool to 120 degrees.
2 packages Yeast
2 T. Sugar
2 T. Melted Shortening
12 C. sifted Flour
2 T. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and knead till smooth and elastic. Let raise. Knead down. Raise again. Knead down and put in pans. Bake 350º 45 minutes.
