4 C. Fishers Biscuit Mix
1 C. Sugar
1/2 t. Nutmeg
1t. Cinnamon
2 Eggs Beaten and add milk to make 2/3 C.
1 1/2 C. Applesauce
1 1/2 T. melted Shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroutghly. Turn out on well floured board. Wkork in enough flour to make thick enough for donut cutting. Deep fry 365º total time about 3 minutes. Carefull not to add too many donuts at one time. Remove and drain on rack or paper towels. May be shaken in a bag of powdered sugar or what ever you choose. Or eat plain.
