2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1-1/2 tsp. wasabi paste
3/4 tsp. sesame oil
8 oz. fresh tuna, cut in 1/3 inch cubes
1 avocado, cut in 1/3 inch cubes
1 cup english cucumber, cut in 1/3 inch cubes
green onions, chopped fine

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and keep chilled until ready to serve. Serve with crispy wontons or tortilla chips.
