4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c oil
1/4 c OJ
3 tsp baking powder
3 c flour
1 container fresh blueberries
cinnamon/sugar
Directions:
Directions:
mix ingredients in mixer, besides for blueberries.
spray bundt pan, add 1/2 the batter. sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon and suger, sprinkle the berries. Add another layer of the cin/sugar,and finally the berries.
Bake, 350 for 55 mins. better to underbake than overbake
