1/2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place all ingredients into blender container cover, blend on med. speed cover, chill yields 1 1/4c.
