3 slices soft bread
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 1/2 lbs. ground caribou
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 350º.Tear bread into large mixing bowl. Add milk and egg. Add meat and seasoning. Mix thoroughly. Shape and place in loaf pan. Bake an hour or until done.

I found this in one of our old squadron cookbooks from Alaska. Looked good. I imagine it would work with ground moose or ground beef as well.
