2 1/2 c. sifted cake4 flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2/3 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
2/3 c. buttermilk
2 eggs large
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda & salt. Add shortening, bananas & 1/3 c. buttermilk. Beat 2 min. Add rest milk, eggs & vanilla. Beat 2 min. Stir in nuts.
350º - 30 min.
