1 cup veg oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 c. wheat germ
3 1/2 - 4 cup oats
Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil & sugars add flour, salt, soda & vanilla. Mix well add coconut, pecans & wheat germ & oats to make stiff dough. Add oatmeal gradually so dough isn't too stiff. Drop by tsp on cookie sheet
350º 10-12 min 10 - chewy 12 - crisp
