Crepe Ingredients
6 eggs
1 ½ c. flour
1 ½ c. water

Filling Ingredients
3 lbs. ricotta cheese
¼ c. grated cheese
6 oz. mozzarella cheese grated
1 ½ tbsp. parsley
Pepper (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)

Mix all ingredients together

1. Place small amount of filling on crepe and roll up
2. Place tomato sauce on bottom of Pyrex dish and place single layer of crepes in dish
3. Cover with sauce and place another layer of crepes in dish. Cover with sauce
4. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.

This recipe my mother used- She loved to cook. She often cooked when she was upset. It must have made her feel better.
