Ingredients:  
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 lb. & 4 ¼ oz can pineapple chunks
1 package lemon gelatin
8 oz.cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple and save syrup, chill pineapple
2. Add water to pineapple syrup to make one cup, bring to boil, then stir in lemon gelatin until completely dissolved
3. Gradually blend half of hot gelatin into cream cheese
4. Pour into chilled crust and chill until set.
5. Arrange pineapple on top and spoon remainder of gelatin over pie and chill.
