2 3/4 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. shortening (soft)
3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp orange extract
3/4 tsp almond extract
3 eggs & 1 egg yolk, unbeaten
Directions:
Directions:
Measure dry ingredients in sifter. Stir shortening in bowl. Sift in dry ingredients. Add milk, flavoring, beat 2 minutes. Add eggs and yolk beat one minute more.

Bake at 375º for 1 hour
