1 cup sour cream, 1 (7oz) can minced clams, drained, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 2 tsp clam juice (from can), 1 Tbls grated onion, 1 tsp celery seed, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 Tbls lemon juice, seasoned salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with Pork Rinds.
