2 1/2 C. Flour
1 package Yeast in 1/4 C. warm Water
1/2 C. Dr;y Potato Flakes
1 package Chicken Gravy Mix (Optional)
2 1/2 T. Sugar
4t. Baking Powder
1t. Salt
1/2 t. Soda
1/2 C. Shortening
1 C. Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening add yeast and buttermilk. Stir til well mixed. Knead on floured surface 5-6 minutes till not sticky. Pat to 3/4inch thick. Cut in 2 inch rounds. Brush tops with melted shortening (Can add 1 C. grated Cheese with buttermilk if desired) Bake 450º for 8 to 10 minutes.
