1 - 9” graham cracker crust
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 – 8 oz cream cheese
tsp. vanilla
15 oz cn condensed milk
1 – 16 oz cherry pie filling

Cherry Glaze:
1 cup drained pitted sour cherries
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
½ c. cherry juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soften cream cheese whip until fluffy and gradually add condensed milk (continue to beat)
2. Add lemon juice and vanilla blend well
3. Pour into pie crest and chill for 2 or 3 hours before garnishing top of pie with cherry glaze
4. For glaze blend sugar and cornstarch and add cherry juice. Cook until thickened and clear
5. Stir in red food coloring and add cherries; cool and garnish
