½ c. chopped almonds
1 package Pillsbery Plus
½ c. orange juice
½ water
1/3 c. oil
½ tsp. almond extract
3 eggs 1 whole almond
Glaze:
½ c. apricot preserves and 2 to 3 tsp. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 and grease Bundt pan or 10 inch tube pan
2. Gently press ½ c. chopped almonds in the bottom and half way up sides of pan
3. In large bowl combine cake mix, orange juice, water, oil , eggs, and almond extract at low speed until moistened and 2 minutes at high speed
4. Stir in whole almond. Carefully pour batter into prepared pan
5. bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool upright for 10 minutes
6. Invert on serving plate and pour glaze over warm cake
