8 (4 oz. each) salmon fillets
1/2 c. peanut oil (can substitute olive oil)
4 T. soy sauce
4 T. balsalmic vinegar
4 T. chopped green onions (2 green onions)
3 tsp. brown sugar
2 - 3 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and marinate for 4-8 hrs. (or overnight) in airtight bag/container. Wrap individual fillets in aluminum foil and grill according to thickness (15 mins. per 1-in. thickness over medium-hot grill). Turn halfway through grilling. Can top with sliced lemons for fancy look. Also, can add 3 T. honey to marinade for extra sweetness.

Can also bake at 400º for 20 mins.
