1 cut up chicken
1 cup flour
1can cream of celery soup
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Flour and fry 1 cut up chicken as usual. When done drain cooking oil off and add 1 can Cream of Celery Soup and 1 can of water. Let simmer for about 5 minutes on low flame while stirring a few times to keep from sticking..

Note-- I usually add together the water and Cream of Celery Soup together to stir the lumps out before adding the mixture to the chicken

When I read about this recipe I thought that it sounded awful but tried it anyway and it is finger-licking-good. Kind of messy so have lots of napkins or paper towels handy. The gravy part is great on potatoes.
