2 T. Light Olive Oil
1/2 Onion, small diced
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Jalapeņo, minced
1 4 oz. can Green chilies, diced
1 15 oz.can White Beans, drained
1 15 oz.can White kidney Beans, drained
2 cups Chicken, cooked & diced
1/2 C Chicken Stock
1/2 tsp. Coriander, ground
1 tsp. Cumin, ground
1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper
TT Salt and Pepper
4 T. Sour Cream
4 T Cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
* In a medium pot, Over medium heat, saute the onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
* Add the jalapeņo and the diced green chilies, stir to combine.
* Add the canned beans and diced chicken, stir to combine.
* Add the chicken stock and spices and allow the chili to come to a simmer.
* Season with salt and pepper to taste
* Allow the chili to simmer down to a thicker consistency.
* Garnish chili with sour cream and cilantro.

* Garbanzo beans can be substituted for white kidney beans.
