2 - 16 (oz) cans of Ocean Spray whole berry cranberry sauce. 1 cup raisins, 1 cup peeled diced apple, 1 cup plus 2 Tbls sugar, 1 cup plus 2 Tbls white vinegar, 1/4 tsp allspice, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, Dash of ground cloves.

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until apples are tender and sauce has thickened slightly about 30 minutes. Process in a boiling bath for about 10 minutes.

This is also great for Christmas gifts or for appetizer place one jar on top of 4 (oz) cream cheese with and assortment of crackers. Yummy!!!
