Ingredients:  
1 large chopped onion
1 lb. mushrooms diced
Salt and pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
1 loaf of white bread – cut off crust
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
1.Brown onion, mushroom, salt and pepper in skillet until soft
2.Add cream cheese and mix, let cool
3.Roll each slice of crustless bread thin
4.Spread mushroom mixture and roll up
5.Freeze roll ups. Before baking, slice each roll up into quarters, and brush with melted butter
6. Bake for 15 minutes at 350.
