Press both cans of rolls onto a non-stick cookie sheet, making sure there are not seams. Bake in preheated oven until cooked, but not brown; approx 6 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool to almost room temperature. Prepare broccoli & cauliflower crowns into small pieces. Dice peppers. Mix and blend the cream cheese mixture and Miracle Whip. Spread with a spatula over cooked dough. Evenly place veggies over cream cheese mixture, alternating colors. Then when sheet is completely cooled, press veggies into mixture.
