2 tubes crescent rolls
2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 egg - separated
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup ground pecans
1 1/2 cup sugar divided
cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Roll out 1 tube of crescent rolls. Place in a greased 9x13 pan. Cream together: cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Spread onto the crescent layer. Top with second layer of rolled out crescent rolls. Beat egg white and brush on top of 2nd layer. Sprinkle top with remaining sugar and pecans. Bake 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
