Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12-15 lb. pork shoulder or pork butt
olive oil
paprika
cinnamon
ground cloves
1 lb. brown sugar
1 c. light molasses
10 Keiser Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
rub pork with olive oil, paprika, cinnamon, ground cloves, brown sugar and molasses. Be sure the meat is completely coated. (about a palmful of each of the spices). Put into a heavy roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for a minimum of 6 hours on a 300º oven. About the 4th hour, basted with 16 oz. of pineapple juice and put the aluminum foil back on.

Pull from the oven at about 6 hours, and begin to pull the pork from the bone, as if you were shredding it. It should look like long strings of meat. Add to the meat Nancy's Barbeque sauce and put back into the oven for one hour, or until the sauce has thickened. Spoon onto Keiser rolls, and serve with a large dill pickle and potatoe salad.
