1 package Yeast
1/2 C. Luke warm Water
2/3 C. Sugar
2 t. salt
1 C.mashed potatoes
1 C. Scalded Milk
2 Eggs
Flour to make a stiff dough

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in luke warm water. Add shortening sugar, salt, and mashed potatoes to scalded milk. When mixture is cooled to luke warm add dissolved yeast. Mix thoroughly and add eggs. (well beaten). Stir in enougjh flour to make a very stiff dough. Knead well. Put into large greased bowl and cover.Set in cold part of refridgerator. When rolls are wanted, pich off dough, shape and let raise till double in bulk. Bake in hot oven 425 º 15-20 minutes
