Ingredients: A mess of freshly caught good eatin' cleaned fish Pan of heart healthy oil to fry fish & hush puppies Cornmeal or Zatarain's or Louisiana Fish Fry Meal Tartar Sauce (mayonnaise,lemon juice, pickle relish,finely chopped onion) Red Sauce (Ketsup & Horseradish Sauce) Hushpuppies (Cornbread,FineChoppedOnion) Coleslaw (Cabbage,Carrots,Mayonnaise,Vinegar, Little Sugar)

Directions:After fish cleaned, dip the fish in cornmeal or fish fry meal, fry up those fish in a pan of hot oil. Be very careful, it does not take them long to cook and the oil really splatters. I like to make cute little aluminum foil boats to serve the individual fish in. Cherokee Indians say "Teach someone to fish and they will have food for the rest of their life." |
