1/2 c. margarine
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1-1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. sifted self-rising cake flour
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and ceam cheese together; gradually add sugar; cream until light and fluffy. Add beaten eggs and blend well. Add sifted flour alternately with milk, blending well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake in a 350º oven for about 1 hour and 10 minutes or until fork comes up clean.
