1 C. Grated Carrots
1 C. grated raw potatoes
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 C. Flour
1 C..Chopped Suet
1 C. Chopped Raisins
1/2 C.Chopped Nuts
2 t. cinnamon 1/2 t.nutmeg
1 t. salt
1t. soda

Mix together. Half fill buttered mold. Cover lightly and steam 3 hours

Most cooks now days do not include these wonderful steamed puddings in their menu's. It is a shame because they are so good. It is very fulfilling to take these out of the oven and serve to your family.
