3/4 package of your favorite pasta ( 1 entire package usually yields too much pasta)
1 package of turkey Italian Sausages (approx. 1 lb.)
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1 bunch of broccoli , choppedn (can also substitute spinach)
1 tbsp. olive or grapeseed oil
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta in boiling water.
2. In a separate pan, Sautee garlic cloves in 1 tbsp. of oil.
3. Remove/Discard the casings from each sausage and add sausage to the pan.
4. As sausage cooks, break it up with your spoon or spatula until it "crumbles".
5. When sausage appears to be nearly cooked through, add one cup of chicken broth and broccoli.
6. Continue to cook until broccoli is tender and sausage is cooked through.
7. Add about 3/4 of the cooked pasta and toss.
8. Top each serving with desired amount of Parmesan and enjoy!

I found this in a Weight Watchers Cookbook a long time ago and it quickly became a family favorite! SO easy and delicious!
