1 banana per person
Favorite peanut butter
Favorite chocolate chips
Favorite ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Take banana with skin still on & cut through the skin about 1" from each end down the middle but not through the bottom banana skin so it looks like a small boat.
Push on ends of banana to open the banana flesh. Spread peanut butter inside the split banana, sprinkle choc chips on top.
Wrap the banana in aluminum foil and seal.
Bake 450º for 10 min.
Unwrap banana, remove skin if you want or use the skin as a "dish", and top with ice cream.
