2 C. Brown Sugar 1 t. Cinnamon
3 Eggs 1 t. Soda
1/2 C. Cold water 3 Medium Apples Chopped
3/4 C. Shortening 1/2 C. Nuts
3 C. Sifted flour

Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening . Add eggs then add rest of ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan at 350º 1 hour
