1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese, divided
12 corn tortillas, warmed and pliable
1 can enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in chili powder, sour cream, and 1/2 cup cheese.
2. Fill each tortilla with 3 tbsp. meat mixture. Roll up. Place in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350º oven for 35 minutes.
