4-6 oz. pecans (5 C.) don't chop
3/4 lb. chopped candied pineapple (1 2/3C.)
3/4 lb. candied cherries (1 2/3 C.)
1 lb. seedless white raisins (3 1/2 C.)
1/2 lb soft butter 6 egg
4 C. sifted flour 1 oz. Brandy
2 1/2 C. Sugar 1 1/2t, cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg 1 t. salt

Line pans with aluminum foil Fill 2/3 full. Bake 275º
3 hours or 2 hours for smaller cakes. One half hour before done. glaze with honey
