Cream 1/2 C. Shortening
1 1/2 C Sugar
Add 2 Eggs beaten till fluffy
Sift 2 C. Flour
1/2t. Baking Powder
3/4 t. Soda
1/2 t. Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Add to other ingredients and mix for 2 minutes at high speed.
Add; 1 C. mashed banana's
1/2 C sour milk or buttermilk
1 t. Vanilla
Beat at low speed until well blended Bake 350º
30-35 minutes
