3-4lb roast
1 pkg dry Aus Jus
1 pkg dry Onion soup
1 pkg dry dry Good Seasons Italian dressing
1 can beef consomme
1 can water
Hoagies
Swiss cheese slices (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix consomme, water, Aus Jus, Good Seasons and onion soup and pour over roast in crockpot. Cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours. Slice (or shred) meat and serve on hoagies (can put on a slice of swiss cheese and broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes). Serve aus jus in small dishes to dip.
