2 1/2 lbs of chicken, cut into serving pieces, 1 envelope Lipton Golden or Onion Soup mix, 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs, melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Moisten chicken with water. Combine Onion Soup mix with bread crumbs; dip chicken in bread crumb mixture, coating well. Place in a shallow baking dish and drizzle if desired, with melted butter. Bake 45 minutes or until done.
